Why did iTunes remove the option to convert certain video podcasts for the iPod touch?

Why can't I convert podcast videos for the iPod touch anymore? Before the recent update of iTunes you could right-click certain video podcasts that weren't ready for the iPod and convert them. Now when you right snap them it only gives you the option to convert them for apple TV, when it used to give you both options (apple TV and iPod touch/iPhone). Does anyone know why this is? I want to watch my podcasts on my iPod kindred it's supposed to be watch, but right now I can only watch them from my computer. I tried syncing them as is, hoping that they made them to where I don't have to convert them, but to no avail. If anyone knows what's up please let me know!!!
